About the Journal
Digital Life & Technology is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Digital Al-Jazari for AI & Research Innovation (DJAIRI), Amman, Jordan. It publishes in Arabic and English.
The journal studies technology as people live it: in everyday life, in the institutions where they work, learn and receive services, and in societies whose relationships, culture and economy are being reshaped by digital transformation. Its focus is the use, experience and impact of technology rather than purely engineering questions.
Mission
To be a trusted scholarly venue for a critical understanding of digital life, one that connects research with people’s questions and institutions’ needs and offers applicable knowledge.
The Unified Smart Scholarly Publishing System
The journal follows the Unified Smart Scholarly Publishing System under the motto “Human Review and Peer Review Before Publication.” Before publication, every paper undergoes editorial screening by the editorial team and peer review of its originality, methods and findings; the editors then take an accountable decision to accept, request revisions or reject. A paper is published only after acceptance and completion of the publication requirements. Smart tools support the workflow without replacing human judgement.
